Your download will be available for seven days and several retries. If you need to re-download a purchase, go to My Account > View the orders I have made. If for some reason your download permit expires before you acquire the product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll fix you right up.
We offer a "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" guarantee on all retail software. If you are not happy with an Asrosoft product, please notify us and we will refund your purchase. Since we are delivering electronic wares, there's no way for you to return the goods as you wold for a physical product. What we do ask, though, is that you verify in writing - email is fine - that you have uninstalled the products in question and destroyed all copies of the product download file(s).
